Advertising Terms of Service
These Advertising Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the advertising services provided by AdsFleaMarketBay. By creating an account, submitting an ad, or using our advertising platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Advertiser Responsibilities
The Advertiser is solely responsible for: (a) all advertising content, including text, images, and video; (b) all ad targeting options (e.g., keywords, geographic location); (c) the products or services being advertised; and (d) the landing pages and apps to which the ads direct users. All ads must comply with our Advertising Policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Content and Practices
Ads may not promote: (a) illegal products or services; (b) deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims; (c) counterfeit goods; (d) offensive or hateful content; or (e) adult or sexually explicit material. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: cloaking, malware distribution, generating invalid clicks or impressions, and attempting to circumvent our ad review systems.
3. Ad Review and Approval
All ads are subject to review and approval by AdsFleaMarketBay. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or suspend any advertisement or account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or our Advertising Policies.
4. Billing and Payment
Advertisers are responsible for all charges incurred. Payments must be made via the methods supported by our platform. All payments are non-refundable once the advertising services have been delivered. Charges are based on the metrics specified in the campaign (e.g., cost-per-click, cost-per-impression).
5. Intellectual Property License
You grant AdsFleaMarketBay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your advertising content, including logos and trademarks, for the purpose of serving your ads on our platform and associated networks.
6. Data Privacy and Compliance
Each party will comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA. Advertisers must have a clear privacy policy on their landing pages that informs users about any data collection through tracking pixels or other technologies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsFleaMarketBay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee any specific results (e.g., sales, clicks, or impressions) from your advertising campaigns.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the advertising platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop your advertising campaigns at any time, but you remain responsible for any charges incurred up to the point of cessation.
